How to Order
You can order via our secure online shopping cart.  You may also email us  switch.shoes@comcast.net or call 503-445-4585 us with your order. Please include the product brand name, item name, size, color preference, your name, address, and phone number. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order and take your billing information.

Out of Stock

 

We sell our product both online and in our store, occasionally we may run out of certain items or sizes.  If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock, we will notify you by email and provide you with other great options.

 

Shipping
Our standard shipping method for all orders within the domestic United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, is USPS.   The charge for this standard method of shipping for one pair of shoes or boots is $10 and $5 per each additional pair. USPS ground delivery times vary depending on your location.  Faster shipping options are available and can be chosen at check out.

 

You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days using our standard shipping method.

 

Shipping to Canada is available only by contacting us directly at our store 503-445-4585.

In-Store Pickup

You are able to order product online and pick it up at our store to avoid any shipping costs. You will be notified either by email or phone when your order is ready for pick-up. Items ordered for in-store pick-up are subject to our in-store return policy.

 

Return policy
You may return any unworn item within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. If your item was a gift, you will receive Switch Shoes and Clothing store credit for your returned item.  Shoes should be unworn and in their original box.  For all clothing items, please do not cut off or remove the tags if you think that you might need to return the item. You may of course try on any apparel item for fit.  Accessories must be in their original packaging and unworn.  Please include the original sales receipt.  If returning a pair of shoes, please place the shoebox inside another box with all labels on outside box.  Returns without original shoebox are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We pay for shipping on all returned items.  Items marked as a Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

 

Return because of defect: It can happen!  Please contact us directly by phone or email so that we can discuss the nature of the defect and arrange either repair, exchange, credit, or refund. (Refund option available only on non-sale purchases and only within 14 days of purchase.)

 

Security

 

Online purchases are made using our First Data secured ecommerce gateway.  Switch Shoes and Clothing does not store your credit card information at any time.
